The regulation of Arena Laser Tag

– The organization reserves the right not to authorize people who are drunk or with behavior considered incorrect to play. In these situations and if the total amount has already been paid, the organization reserves the right not to refund the payment;
– We are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that may happen inside the space, for failure to comply with the following rules:

– RUNNING IS PROHIBITED;
– IT IS FORBIDDEN TO FALL ON THE FLOOR;
– IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CRAWL;
– IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CLIMB OR JUMP OBSTACLES;
– IT IS FORBIDDEN TO PUSH STRUCTURES (OBSTACLES);
– PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS IS FORBIDDEN;

– All materials made available (LASER TAG MATERIAL AND STRUCTURES WITHIN THE SPACE) must be treated with due respect. The replacement or repair of any damaged material will be entirely the customer’s responsibility;
– Whenever we inform the availability of the agenda, it is up to the interested customer to pay for the reservation, in order to guarantee the desired date and time;
– Participants who suffer from epilepsy or use a pacemaker are not allowed – for your safety;

– The reservation is only effectively considered upon payment of 50% of the value;
– The organization reserves the right not to refund the reservation amount from 5 days before the scheduled date for the activity. Note: The booking fee is not refundable, as booking fees are simply due to the fact that, if we are hosting your event, we are denying others that will take place at the same time as yours;
– On the day of the appointment, the remaining payment must be made before the start of the activity;

– Checks are not accepted and we do not have an ATM;

– For reservations: For payment by bank transfer, you must do it using the following bank identification:

– All participants must be 15 minutes before the scheduled time;

– If the participants are not present at the appointed time, they can choose to play in the remaining time of the time reservation that had been made or they can choose a new time on the same day, however it will always depend on times still available in the agenda. If there is no time available, the appointment will be cancelled;

– Cancellations and schedule changes must be transmitted via email (geral@lasertag-covilha) or telephone (967896756 / 967896755). Note: The organization reserves the right not to refund the reservation amount if cancellation is made after 5 days for the scheduled day and time;

– Each game will last:
-30 minutes (2 games of 15 minutes) 10 € per participant;
-60 minutes (3 games of 20 minutes) 15 € per participant;
Note: these options are game options pre-defined by the organization, however other game styles and game time are possible, with values and conditions to be agreed with the client;
– Children from 10 years of age can also play, as long as they are accompanied by their parents or guardians;
– During the game, the non-compliance with the established rules, the organization reserves the right to disconnect the participant from the game and/or withdraw him from the game;

– When awarding any Laser Tag Arena service, the customer is aware of and agrees with each of the conditions presented here;
– It is not allowed to copy or use images from our page and unauthorized use of these is punishable by law;
– Changes to the regulation: For any changes made, we will publish a new version on our website (www.lasertag-covilha.pt), which will come into force from the time of its publication;
